ECU remapping, also called engine tuning, means adjusting the software in your car’s engine control unit (ECU) to improve performance, response and efficiency.
What is the ECU?
The ECU is the brain of your car. It controls fuel injection timing, turbo boost pressure, ignition timing and more. With the right tools and software, a skilled technician can fine-tune these settings.
